Congrats to the swim team for an amazing showing at the District 14-5A Championship on Saturday in Rockwall! The girls WON the district championship (back-to-back champs!) and the boys were named runner-ups for the second year in a row as well! All swimmers will advance to the Region 4-5A championship in Lewisville 2/4 – 2/5.

Also, Senior Gabe Darrett was awarded Male Swimmer of the meet… this is an incredible recognition, and the first time it has been given to an MISD swimmer. WAY TO GO!!!
