Repeat after me: DELICIOUS DINNERS CAN BE SIMPLE. And also take less than 20 min.
Last night this was insanely yummy and all I used for the main course was Ghee + Sea Salt + Pepper. That’s it! I cooked the chicken, took it out to cook sweet potato & added broccoli – covered to steam a few min then tossed it all back together.
I happened to have the ingredients for The Defined Dish‘s Tarragon Green Goddess dressing (literally took 5 min) and it was top notch.
Kim and Jake’s Gluten Free rolls with a little Miyoko’s Creamery DF butter.
