Ladybug Crafts For Kids

I found the perfect resource for ladybug crafts! On the That Kids Craft Site, you will find 33 different ladybug craft ideas for preschool and elementary kids. Not only that, but there is also a section that tells some interesting facts about ladybugs. I just know you and your kids will have so much fun reading about ladybugs and making some of these cute crafts!

Cardboard Tube Ladybugs

To make this craft you will need a cardboard tube, black paint, pipe cleaners, some googly eyes and a red cupcake paper. Super simple, super cute!

Ladybug Corner Book Mark

If you have some red and black paper on hand, you’ve basically got what you need to make this clever bookmark. It involves paper-folding or origami, so it would probably be better for the older kids. It has good directions with pictures to help along the way.

Ladybug Snacks

This is a really neat idea especially for the littles. You could have a ladybug party and serve, what else – ladybug snacks of course! You mix up a batch of rice crispy treats and spread the mixture out on a baking sheet, let cool completely and then use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the “bodies”. The other things needed to finish this project are tubes of red and black icing, chocolate covered oreos and chocolate chips for the spots. Cute and yummy!
