Mercy Street Kitchen To Visit Waxahachie This Saturday

On Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 3:30p.m, Triumphal Christian Fellowship (TCF) in collaboration with Mercy Street Kitchen will pass out sleeping bags to those who are homeless. They will serve hot chili, tea, cocoa, and grab-and-go bags at the Ellis County African American Hall of Fame Museum and Library located at 441 E. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd in Waxahachie, Texas.

Mercy Street Kitchen is a ministry birthed from a heart to serve others in need. Years ago, a little girl dreamed of rehabilitating homeless people back into a life they deserve. For decades her and her family have served the community in various ways. In 2020, the Lord allowed this dream to become a reality. This family set out with an end goal to take a mobile food truck and mobile shower from city to city within the DFW are to provide warm quality meals, a shower, clothing, and other basic needs to those homeless in our community. With the help of many generous families, individuals, churches, and non- profit; Mercy Street Kitchen has begun marching towards that goal. Thank you to all who give and serve so generously!
