Pork Chops With Organic Cranberry Sauce

I ate this last night for dinner and for lunch today to be 100% sure…. it’s delicious. 😋 Inspiration came because I had thawed @butcher_box Pork Chops & some Organic Cranberry sauce about to be expired. There’s a recipe on the back of the box soooooo I tweaked it.

Here’s how dinner went:

🥔 Potatoes were washed, cut and thrown in boiling water for 25 min.
Pork Chops were super thick so they got salted & seared in my cast irons for 3-4 min per side and then tossed into my oven at 375 for 15 min. ❤️ Meanwhile, I heated 1T or so of ghee in a sauce pan & sautéed some onion with fresh rosemary chopped up. I added 2 cubes (maybe 1/2 cup) of bone broth from the freezer + 1T Balsamic Vinegar + cranberry sauce. I let that come to a slight boil and added a slurry of Arrowroot powder and water to it. Removed pork chops from the oven and poured the sauce over the top then chops went back in for about 8 min.

During this, I drained potatoes, added some ghee, almond milk, salt, pepper & garlic then blended in my ninja – Done ✅.

Steamed some broccoli in the old potato pot 🥦 (I don’t like extra dishes).

Then put everything together on our plates. This sauce. 🤤 Everything!! I wonder if I should stop being silly and put these on my blog…🤪 One day I’m going to likely sit and just add a ton of things all at once. When I grow up, I’d love to be consistent with it. #goals
