Waxahachie CARE will host its first annual Craft Fair and Marketplace event in Waxahachie Saturday, April 2nd, a fundraiser for the organization’s efforts to provide food and utility bill assistance for residents of Waxahachie living in poverty and crisis situations.
The event will feature over fifty vendors, including jewelry retailer Kendra Scott. Child advocate and Waxahachie ISD Board of Trustees member Kim Kriegel organized the event in an effort to raise funds for Waxahachie CARE’s services. Taking place at the Wileman STEAM Academy football field at 600 W. 2nd Street, the craft fair and marketplace will run from 9 am until 4 pm. Public admission will be $1, or one canned good.
Kevin Crouch of Ellis County Weather/Ellis DownHome and staff of the Waxahachie Sun newspaper will be present to promote the family of brands.
For more details about the event, email Kim Kriegel at [email protected].
We hope to see you there!
